Ph.D. Leadership Studies
Ph.D. Candidate (est. 2026)
This ePortfolio is a reflection of my doctoral journey through the Ph.D. in Leadership Studies program at Gonzaga University. Grounded in the Jesuit tradition of cura personalis—care for the whole person—this academic experience has been both intellectually rigorous and deeply transformative. Each course challenged me to think critically, lead reflectively, and engage authentically with the complexities of human systems.
Across interdisciplinary coursework in leadership theory, organizational development, global engagement, ethics, pedagogy, and qualitative research, I have developed a scholarly foundation rooted in justice, humility, and community impact. My work emphasizes voice—particularly the underrepresented voices in healthcare, parent leadership, and community change—and seeks to bridge research with practice in meaningful, actionable ways.
Whether through servant-leadership, critical theory, or systems thinking, this ePortfolio represents the integration of my professional identity, academic scholarship, and personal growth as a leader committed to transformational change.
